What Your Purchase Includes

When you purchase a product from Bright Mind Gallery, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to these terms unless a different license is stated on the product page.

– Use the presets in your own business workflow

– Use the presets when editing photos for client projects

– Adjust the preset results to fit your own photos and style

Not Permitted

– Do not resell the preset files

– Do not redistribute, share, or give the files to others

– Do not upload the files to marketplaces, membership sites, or file-sharing sites

– Do not include the files in freebie packs, bundles, or resale kits

– Do not claim the original files as your own creation

Single Buyer License

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase is for one buyer only. If multiple team members need access, you should obtain the appropriate permissions or separate licenses if offered.

Intellectual Property

All rights not expressly granted remain with Bright Mind Gallery. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying files.
