Why Digital Products Are Usually Non-Refundable

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical items. Once files are delivered or accessed, they cannot be physically returned to us.

Exceptions

We may review refund or replacement requests in limited cases such as the following:

– You were charged more than once for the same order

– You received a corrupted or unusable file

– You did not receive access to your download due to a verified technical issue

– A product was clearly misrepresented in a material way
